Why the work matters
AK Consulting grew from Ashley’s belief in the power of social change and the people who make it possible. She values the opportunity to work with organizations of different sizes, missions, and stages of development because each one is carrying a responsibility to its community.
That sense of purpose shapes every engagement. The goal is not to hand over a generic plan or add more work to an already full plate. It is to understand what matters, bring useful experience to the table, and help people leave with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum.
