We offer one-on-one training sessions and group sessions up to 50 people. Topics range from Board Governance to Fundraising to Advocacy.
PLANNING & RESEARCH
We specialize in strategic planning, fund development planning, and communications planning. Our approach is inclusive which means that we integrate surveying of staff, board members, clients, and volunteers to gather broad input.
CAPACITY BUILDING
Our team has seen first hand that capacity building can work. We take a partnership approach to ensure that capacity building plans are developed to build upon existing strengths.
