helping nonprofits grow better

Our Purpose

We assist leaders of nonprofit organizations to solve pain points related to Board governance and fund development so that leaders can do what they do best: lead their organizations to fulfill their goals and improve people’s lives.

Ashley Kasprzak Consulting, LLC specializes in empowering leaders within the nonprofit sector by building upon the strengths of your organization, its leaders, and staff. Ashley Kasprzak, owner, has over 31 years experience leading, fundraising for, and consulting with nonprofit organizations.

Ashley and her collaborators are experts in nonprofit management, strategic planning, fundraising, and more. Together, they have over 100 years of firsthand experience establishing, growing, and operating nonprofit organizations. The team has been chosen based on expertise and authenticity. Each consultant is an excellent listener who works in partnership with executive leaders to develop action plans for improved funding and organizational growth.

Recognizing the challenges faced by many nonprofit organizations, such as lack of direction and financial instability, Ashley and her team are well positioned to address these issues. When issues are left unattended, they can manifest as strained board relationships, staff-board discord, operational inefficiencies, unclear messaging, and unmet community needs. In essence, a lack of clear direction and adequate funding can lead to organizational failures, hindering the realization of vision and mission.

Ashley Kasprzak Consulting has developed an efficient approach to organizational growth. Team members begin by asking fundamental questions:

What are your organizational dreams?

What obstacles are impeding your progress?

Ashley and her team promise authenticity. Consulting partners include Stacy Cornay, Christine Kovacs Forster, and Rev. Kristi Hornick.
